
REFLECTIVE REPORT.
The experience that really meaningful to me when I get into this foundation programme is when I went to central market. I got a lot of learning experience while doing this project and this is the first time I went to visit central market. I would like to thank you to Taylor’s Business school because organised this trip for us. I have gained many learning experience such as teamwork, discipline and many moral values. But , the most important thing is the experience. We have survey what kind of business that entrepreneur did in the central market.
Firstly, learning experience that I get from this project is teamwork. Teamwork is the important thing when we do some work in team. Without this kind of moral value the team will not achieve the work that they do. Like idioms said, united we stand, divided we fall. Our members in the team have divided the work to easier the project. We also help each other to complete their work. I like this kind of learning experience because this can make our work easier and can save time as well.
Secondly, the experience that I learned from this project is discipline. My father always told me to be discipline. He said that discipline is the key to achieve success. For example, we have the time to do this project so we have to discipline to complete this project before the deadline day and when to submit it. We must be punctual when to submit this project. Time is gold right? So we must divide our work and we can complete the task given on time.
Last but not least, the new thing that I have learned is gained new experience. This is the most awesome thing because not every people get this golden chance to visit the central market. I really enjoy the moment with my friend and lecturer. Our relationship get more close when join this trip. I also enjoy to work with my teammates because they give such as full commitment when do this project.
Taylor’s Graduate Capabilities is the good things and student needed when they studying and working in the future. The content that I can relate is thinking and problem solving skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills. This thing is really important when we are go through in our daily lifestyle. I need to follow the TGC because as a Taylor’s University student, it can make me easier to handle my daily routine. It teach me how to be more confident when do some work and thinking out of the box.
The first TGC that I need to follow is thinking and problem solving skills. This is important because I need this when studying and working in future. It can make me solving my problems when I do the task given or my problem in my daily routine. It also teach me to be creative when do the project and make me thinking outside of box that several people can do it.
Secondly, the second TGC is communication skills. This project really teach me how to communicate with others appropriately. This project can help improve a self confidenceinto myself when I do work such as presentation. Before this, I had a problem regarding a self confidence when on myfirst presentation. I feel shy when doing a presentation in front other student. With this TGC, I can improve my communication better than before.
Last one, third TGC is interpersonal skills. This project had given significant impact to myself in term of teamwork and strategic alliance. Through completing of the task, all my group members gathered the effort together in order to provide a good output. Our team also had several discussion with the others team to share the opinion about this task. Thus, each of the team members has successfully comes out with a good input for this task.
Based on the experience that I have gained during completing this tasks, there are many lesson that is very useful for my future career world. As for example it is regarding the communication skill, it helps me to apply the skills in the way of communicating with my compan members and clients.
In term of team work, it help me to deal with my future career task which is more challenging that requires me to cooperate with all the team members in order to produce a good output of work. The team work skills are the essential for an organisation to achieve their target.
Last but not least, it is regarding the problem solving skills and decision making which is important in my career world. I can apply this skills on most of the task in my job because each of the task requires these important skills.
